Wouldn't it be awesome to try to bring back a couple of the guys from the '01 Finals squad? Mutombo could do a lot and help with the younger guys. I wish they didn't waive McKie. I have no idea where George Lynch ended up.

I agree. Tony Kukoc, Eric Snow, Mutumbo, ectAll those guys would be awesome. I dont understand where they parted with Snow anyway.

I would love to get the old team back. They could teach the younger players.

I loved Snow, but it was the right decision with the system they were looking to run. Snow wouldn't have been a great point guard in the up-tempo system... he is better at slowing the pace down, and basically playing Larry Brown type basketball. Also, Kukoc wasn't on the '01 squad. [IMG] And I absolutely hated him with Philadelphia.I don't want any of them back... because they serve no purpose as players. I'd love Snow, McKie and possibly Mutombo working on the coaching staff at some point, but that's is still pretty far off.

I would actually really like to see some players from the finals squad. I don't know about Dikembe Mutumbo right now because hes at the age now where he wont be able to do much but if we could get back a few players that would be really cool.

I take what I said before back. There are two players that would be able to make an impact on our team right now that I would GLADLY welcome back with open arms from that Finals squad:1. Raja Bell2. Nazr MohammedBy the way, we currently have two players from the 2000-01 team: Allen Iverson and Kevin Ollie.

Man don't get me wrong. AI is my favorite player and he has the most heart in the L. But he can't do it all. We need more role players and it's hard to find guys that work hard and play with passion. Don't think I'm discrediting AI for what he does, because I am not.
