If anyone would have the ego and the power to make Taker end the streak, its HHH. I don't think Taker would want to drop it to him on his own. HHH isn't worthy of this.
I wouldn't necessarily say it's retarded... I mean, who else would you rather have end it if it were meant to be ended at some point in time anyways? HHH is the only one worthy of ending it like agoo said. And if it is meant to never be ended then I say have HHH lose this year and challenge Taker again next year in a Career vs. Streak match and have HHH lose and Taker shortly announce that he's retiring as well and leave the streak at 20-0.
Actually, I said the opposite. In my opinion, the only guys who are worthy are retired - HBK, Flair, Austin, Rock. If HHH wasn't married in, he wouldn't be in this match and there would be no such discussion.
In my book, the only person worthy of ending the streak is HBK, and he's retired. And yes, it'd be stupid for WWE to kill the streak. It's ranks up there as one of the greatest accomplishments in all of WWE in my book, and maybe the best accomplishment over the last 20 years. WWE = stupid for ending it. If they wanted to end it, they should have done it a long time ago before they started building it up and hyping it up ever year.
I look at it this way. If HHH breaks the streak, its a huge power grab by someone with a massive ego. If its some young dude who breaks it, Taker picked a guy to carry the torch.
I'm going for my boy Triple H all the way. Even tho i can't help but doubt he will win i'm still hoping he will in the long run.
