yikes is right. If the .10 psf applied my electric bill should only be $110 on average. Why did they take the fireplace out anyways and who's the jackass that forgot to cap the roof off. Well anyways, the owner is not wanting to compensate me anything so I will do my part as a loyal tenant and present him with a home energy audit letting him know just how much I care about his investment and well being ....
hey dora you should at least be able to work with your power company to prorate some of that to the rest of the year, and depending on your situation, there are lots of heating "welfare" programs, so as to not have frozen poor people, bad for pr edit: reading is helpfull... not much you can do i dont think, unless he explicitly lied to you about your utility cost when signing the lease
