    yikes is right. If the .10 psf applied my electric bill should only be $110 on average. Why did they take the fireplace out anyways and who's the jackass that forgot to cap the roof off. Well anyways, the owner is not wanting to compensate me anything so I will do my part as a loyal tenant and present him with a home energy audit letting him know just how much I care about his investment and well being :)....

    not much you can do i dont think, unless he explicitly lied to you about your utility cost when signing the lease
