Recruiting Needs to be a #1 Priority.

Let's face it, the season is over but it's not. Recruiting season has started and we need to start doing it. I'm not here to boss anyone because I have not recruited at all, but since last night I have recruited 13 NEW MEMBERS. I think we can all do a better job this summer so we have a better 2007 basketball season.

 

Good job. And ya, we are going to have a great 07 season with more active members!

 

I don't see any of them posting that much...

 

Ill try and get some members but most of the people I know are already here lol or have no interest in basketball. Nemesis is right though. Most of the people your getting aren't really posting. new members mean nothing if they arent active and making quality posts. If you wanna get people to start reffering though a refferal contest might be something to consider.

 

They just joined. How can you judge if there active or not?

 

Actually all of those guys BCB recruited have been posting. A few have made some good topics.

 

Recruiting is my top priority. I have raped NBAWire of all of their Piston fans. I also send Balla some nice forums I find once in a while.
