Bucs' Olson: Players will be 'ready to go' after lockout

    "He doesn't know exactly when the NFL labor dispute will end, but Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Greg Olson remains confident the league's youngest team is well prepared to handle any contingency plan.

    "We knew this might happen," Olson said, referring to the lockout imposed by team owners when the labor agreement with the NFL Players Association expired late last week. "We've made all the measures we had to do, staying within the rules. We should be fine. Every team is the same in this situation, working under the same rules."

    During a lockout, players are prohibited from using club facilities or communicating with coaches and executives."
