I'll agree w/ you now. Haslem does get credit. He has been getting more this season then last season and is now just maybe a little underated if anything. Probably the only reason everyone is saying only Haslem is thats what they see other people saying and they cant think of any players themselves...
ive thought this about Haslem for the past 2 years, i just think it slightly less now that hes getting more and more credit
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Haslem isn't underrated...</div>Then what is he? Overrated? Haslem may not be the center of attention since he is playing with a lot of all stars and HOFers around him but he is still getting a lot of credit for the things he did. Game 6 of the NBA Finals was an example of how good he can actually be. You need to take a look at some other players though - guys like Gerald Wallace or Jason Richardson gets absolutely no credit and they always gets the job done for their slumped team.
LOL were hearing the same old names still so ill throw out some more new ones.Ricky Davis- Good for 20, 5, and 5 a game but he doesn't seem to really get much notice anymore. Especially since hes been in minnesotaStephen Jackson- Hes a really good scorer for the Pacers and not many people really notice him.Troy Murphy- He avreaged a duble double last season but most people haven't even heard of him lol.Brevin Knight- Yes he got notice for his assists last season but this season he just missed getting 9 apg this season and nobody talks about him anymore. hes a very good passer and veteran leader for the new team and he got pretty much no notice this season. Hes also a decent defender and averaged a solid 2.3 spg last season.

He isn't world-beater or anything, he's an above average starting power forward on a good team.
Heres a guy that nobody has mentioned. How about the back up PG for the Milwaukee Bucks, Mo Williams.12 ppg 4 apg2.5 rpgThis is all done in 26 minutes. I think that he is one of the underrated PG's in the league especially for a guy that has to split time with TJ Ford.
I thought about Mo Williams but when I thought about it he has gotten credit for being a good 6th man and making some clutch shots for the Bucks so he does get some credit.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>What are you talking about? Because I said he wasn't underrated means that I think he's overrated? Bosh is not just decent he is way above that, but he does not get mentioned. But that is like a top notch player who does not get mentioned.
Richard Jeferson gets no credit. If I'm not mistaken, he averaged 18 PPG this season, all while shooting over 50% and taking only 13 shots per game, most of which were shots created by his teammates. The man is unselfish, both on and off the court, and is only getting better. One of the most efficient players in the NBA today.
My point exactly. 20 PPG on 13 shots per game? Come on now, that's incredible. Yes, a solid 6 of those points a game came from passes from hsi teammates, but RJ still found ways to get the other 14. Love the guy.

Me: Haslem isn't underrated...You: Then what is he? Overrated? Are you trying to present an argument that he's overrated or are you insinuating that I believe he's overrated?I was saying that he's not really either...which you apparently agree with...
OK, seriously. Common sense is different to everyone. I don't care what you are arguing. I don't care if you are comparing Kobe Bryant to Jameer Nelson. Please give some reasoning, instead of saying it's "common sense"
By the way, just about everyone mentioned in this thread gets credit...just turning into another dime-a-dozen "most underrated players" thread...
Antonio Daniels, there were games this year that we'd lose by 25+ points if it werent for him...great player off the bench that gives us leadership out there on the floor.

No one talks about him on this board. When we talk about New Jersey, it's JKidd, Vince, and Cliff Robinson's doping habits. Never does anyone give RJ the credit he deserves, let alone any

My point exactly. They should talk about him in the same breath as them. If he was taking 5 more shots a game as the main option, he'd be averaging 25 PPG as well
