I just read that DC hit the go ahead with 35 secs left to beat the Celtics after trailing by 13 in the 4th quarter.

    Go Dante!

Boston has been losing a lot of games lately.

Wait! wait!! How many game winners has Gerald Wallace hit for Portland so far!? Dante has already hit one for the Bobcats!

He's already personally responsible for a W, whereas Wallace isn't!

    LEARN THE GAME!!!

    ;)

It takes 4 personal wins to beat Taurean Green.

    Haha, nice reference.

As for Wallace, I'd say 2-3 in his dozen games here.

Pop quiz: Has any NBA team ever traded a draft pick TEN YEARS before the draft for that pick?

I'd do the Wallace for Dante, Etc. trades 100 times out of 100, but I still have an appreciation for Dante. Hard working pro that I truly hope succeeds in the NBA. I'd like to have him back as a third string forward off the bench that gets 5-8 minutes a game to provide energy.

    On 10/9/97 in a 3-team trade

    Blazers
received #1 from Knicks (1998 #16-Bryce Drew) and #2 from Raptors (2007 #52-Taurean Green) for Chris Dudley

    Raptors
    received John Wallace for #1 (2000 #18-Quentin Richardson) and #2 (2007 #52-Taurean Green)

    Knicks
received Chris Dudley and #1(2000 #18-Quentin Richardson) for John Wallace and #1 (1998 #16-Bryce Drew)

I thought we would miss DC more than we have because I never thought Crash could play so effectively at the four. The guy is better than I had hoped. That being said, I'll give Joel and Dante a standing O whenever they return to Portland (unless they're wearing the Piss & Purple).
