In something of an upset, South African Takalani Ndlovu (32-6, 18 KOs) defeated IBF super bantamweight champion Steve Molitor (33-2, 12 KOs) on Saturday night, beating him by a 12 round unanimous decision at the Nasrec Indoor Arena in Johannesburg, South Africa. The final judges’ scores were 118-110, 118-110, and 116-112. Molitor, 30 defeated Ndlovu only last year by a 12 round unanimous decision in March to claim the IBF belt.
