Former two division world champion Ivan Calderon (34-1-1, 6 KO’s) faces knockout artist WBO light flyweight champion Giovanni Segura (26-1-1, 22 KO’s) in a rematch this Saturday at the Auditorio del Estado, in Mexicali, Mexico.

The 36-year-old five-foot Calderon was blown out by Segura in an 8th round TKO last year in August 2010. Instead of recognizing that the 5’4” 28-year-old Segura is simply too big, too young and too strong for him, Calderon has decided to try and fight him again to see if he can beat him in a rematch and try and recapture his WBO light flyweight title that Calderon lost last year in the Segura fight.
