Gregg Marshall is staying put as the coach at Wichita State. Marshall told The Associated Press on Monday that he's staying at the school because he has a "great situation." Marshall led the Shockers to the NIT title last week, beating Alabama to finish 29-8, a school record for wins in a season. A source close to the Shockers' program told ESPN's Rece Davis that Marshall agreed to a contract extension to stay at the school. His current contract has him making $750,000 a year through the 2013-14 season. The former Winthrop coach had been linked to the vacant job at North Carolina State.
