Two Missouri starters have declared for the NBA draft on the same day the school is expected to approve a contract to hire Miami's Frank Haith as its new men's basketball coach. Juniors Kim English(Above) and Laurence Bowers(Below) announced Monday through a Missouri spokesman that they plan to pursue professional careers but have not hired agents, giving them extra time to change their minds. The announcement comes as Missouri curators prepare to meet Monday night in a closed meeting that will likely involve consideration of a contract for Haith. A person with knowledge of the negotiations told The Associated Press late Sunday the Miami coach is headed to Columbia after seven seasons in south Florida.
