I don't know how you can call Stack selfish. He is still an elite scorer in the league yet was ok with coming off the bench in order to make a run at the title. I'll say Kobe but that's part of what makes him great.

I remember the year he averaged 29ppg and shot around 40%, he always jacks up way too many three's and has bad shot selection. Some of the NBA's biggest ballhogs. Kobe Bryant, Steve Francis, Baron Davis, Stephon Marbury, Mike James.

There are tons of ballhogs in the NBA, I could make a list of 30 players that are ballhogs.

The Knicks backcourt. I wouldn't really say Kobe is because if he didn't take as many shots as he did in a game then the Lakers would have the 1st pick.

[IMG] Kobe's teamates arent as good as you would think. Him and Lamar Odom are really the only scoring options for the Lakers. Parker has bad shooting nights most of the time, and Mihm just gets abused down low. Kobe passes the ball but his teamates just cant hit it, thats why he needs the ball a lot, for the Lakers to succeed. If you take Kobe off that roster, that team would win around 20 games.

I find it highly intresting people putting kobe with the likes with marbury, it's like people suffer from amensia.Does anyone not remember th 3 peat? When kobe went from destroying the spurs and kings to playing 2nd fiddle to shaq to win? Yeh, i guess you guys forgot about that one. Kobe was the man in some series and once it came to the finals he stood back and Shaq destroyed the likes Of Todd mcollough * and others.Does anyone remember the suns-series? Where kobe completly bought into the team system and only diverted from it when he saw an advantage of ending the series? Do you call kobe selfish for taking 27 shots a game? Do you know that phil jackson told kobe he would have to shoulder most of the scoring this season? Amnesia people, you guys all suffer from it.And one more thing, seflshness to the best of my knowledge is negative. Kobe's so called selfishness is the reason why we made the playoffs. Everyone who said Kobe fails.edit: And anyone who says Allen iverson fails also.

Therfore in my eyes if what he is doing is positive it's not selfish. And bcb, i know you blocked me [IMG]

Look how many shot attempts he puts up per game. Were not saying this is a bad thing because if he didnt, i dont think their record would be better. But he is the most selfish.

He has to be up there, I mean quitting on your team in the playoffs is one of the most selfish acts you can pull.

kobe ball hog. Thats mostly why i dont like him. He can't get along with his teamates well either and you dont score 35ppg on the season by passing the ball as mentioned earlier i believe. He needs to change his ways if he ever plans on getting another ring.

When ever he passes to Sammy it just goes of Sammy's finger tips, and out of bounds. When ever he passes to Webber he just takes his little jump shots that he misses so much. It is not his fault just like it's not Kobe's fault he has the ball as much as he does. Kobe does not have the guys around him, and Sixers don't really have guys around AI also except for Webber who is on one leg, Iguodala who is scared to shoot, and butter finger Sammy. lolThey both have to have the ball as much as they do for the team to have a chance at the win usually.Starbury is selfish

This is by definition. What marbury does is not good for his team.
