Hold on.. I'm channeling Mixum so I can pass on his thoughts. Season over. We're terrible. Worst bench ever. Cho sucks! Kpeeeee! Bayless is terrible! Why did we trade Bayless?
Being bored, I decided to do a google search for mixum to see if he's posting elsewhere. I couldn't find anything recent, but there was a forum where he (and some of the people here, but also names I didn't recognize) started posting at back around 2 years ago. It was quite a humorous read actually. They created a "quiet" room, where they were going to carry on without the "dredges" of sportstwo. Not a bad idea, I thought to myself. A relatively peaceful, calm place to post about the Blazers without the side distractions that tend to take place here. Name calling, rudeness, smugness and overall stuff you wouldn't actually say to the person if you saw them in person. Although ironically, some of the members were some of the most constant abusers of said things. After initially reading Mixum's main intro thread, I checked out the rest of the Blazers forum. I read through some threads, wondered what they were talking about happening here, and noticed something. Their "quiet room" completely turned into a "isn't used at all room". In a way, it's like finding a deserted island, after all it's inhabitants had abandoned it. You're curious as to why everyone is gone and fascinated by the signs of life it once displayed. Also makes one interested in finding the NEW special island that all the cool kids migrated too.
Clearly Speed is off his medication again. If you miss your boy, you're close enough to CT to ride your bike over there and you two make your own "Quiet Room" like Julius mentioned above. As for the rest of us, please just let us enjoy our forum as is.

There isn't an option for "I don't give a fuck" so I can't vote. But, if you want to see what he thinks, it's pretty simple. Make sure you find the absolute worst thing about every single win or loss, then write that down like it's the most important thing about the game. Then, sit in a dark room and cut yourself since that is the only way you can feel anything at all.
I thought he posts on Real GM now, but I guess I was wrong. Wouldn't a real Blazer fan find somewhere new to post? I remember when I got booted from BBF.com for calling out Basel, I posted in Real GM, O-Live and here (before the migration when there was no one around). Perhaps he's trying out a new screen identity as he flamed the last one. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I have no problem with any poster that is being genuine in their criticism of our team and wants to have an honest discussion about those shortcomings. Everyone likes to press buttons every so often, but doing it all the time is selfish. It puts you above the well being of the board, and we all share some responsibility in making this board a community where people want to come to discuss the Blazers. If MIXUM wants to come back and not troll, I have zero problem with it. I wonder, however, how long he can last without resorting to his old tactics again.
I never really cared much either way about his posts. But the ripple effect he had on a number of other posters bothered me. People I normally enjoyed reading couldn't let his crap go, and it spiraled. I like quality content. The overall quality has definitely improved since he left. You could argue that it should be up to everybody else to just get over it, and you'd probably be right. But that clearly was never going to happen. There's what people should do, and what actually happens. So I voted no.
Ya, what is so annoying about MIXUM is everyone responds to all of his bullshit, without fail. It's all just a bunch of pointless spam, no thanks.
It's no different than some nice tits being posted. You'd get a bunch of 'I'd hit that' posts. Mixum sucked.
