New Jersey Nets point guard Deron Williams underwent surgery to remove three bone fragments and scar tissue from his right wrist, the team announced Monday morning. The surgery was performed by noted hand specialist Dr. Andrew Weiland and Nets team orthopedist Dr. Riley Williams III at the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan.
