    I'm pretty sure they used to fine teams and coaches for holding out healthy stars. I recall PJ getting nailed for it.

    Now it's accepted practice.

    My fantasy team's last day found LeBron, KG, Zach, Baron Davis, and Kenyon Martin all sitting out.
