Dante Cunningham was spotted at a Timbers game last season.

You are almost as funny as Barfo, but not quite :) The funniest thing you ever did was post in the recent Japan threads with that avatar.

Nice. I told my wife I thought Nico, Patty and Rudy might be at the game. I didn't expect Wes to be there too. I hope they don't get pneumonia from the crappy weather though. Just our luck.

I wonder if Rudy and Nico were saying to themselves, "Wow, the level of football play here is really shitty".

Maybe, Personally I was utterly shocked with how good the Timbers were, especially in the rain. Their Touches were World Class and the goals were crazy, I was blown away.

Soccer (football everywhere else except for the United States and Canada), is more popular than any other sport in the world. I wouldn't be surprised if Batum, Fernandez and anyone else in Europe will be fans.

I thought the Timbers looked WAY better than they did in their other matches this season. Not only was it a blast to be part of the TA, the game itself was extremely entertaining. An epic and historic night in the Rose City. I will never delete the game from my DVR. It translated so amazingly to TV. I'm still high.....

Soccer is definitely the most popular sport in the world, but there are countries where cricket and rugby are more popular. Australia, New Zealand and even Ireland call it soccer, which is an English term originally.

yeah the insertion of Alhassan has immensely helped the attack, we have someone who can link passes to Cooper and Perlaza finall. That side spinning through ball from Alhassan to Perlaza on the first goal was so pretty! Marcelin has been better than Lowry was as well (although he reverted to early last season Marcelin on that one pass straight out of bounds late lol)

I am also excited at what Zizzo offers as well, that HUGE run he had was fun to watch.

alhassan is played great. it's going to be tough fitting nagbe, zizzo, and kalif in the same lineup. marcelin you know is one of my favorites, but he really lacks the final passing skills. he's a pure dm which I think he is pretty good at. him going forward usually won't be pretty.

Paul Allen is part owner of the Seattle Sounders MLS club so i doubt cross promotion would work out.. I love our blazers backing our local team though! Better then Lebron Cheering the Yankees..
