Great read. LMA continues to impress me and that was a really, really great gesture by Nic to pick up the tab.
It should have been Roy who picked up the tab... But in any case, nice to see such team unity and Aldridge acting more as the leader type. Thanks for the read.
Technically it should've been Paul Allen picking up the tab. What they don't give these guys a per diem?
I was thinking it was gonna be miller who picked up the tab and then was the one who was eating alone too.
So glad to get these articles back. Jason Quick does such a great job with them. How about even getting in the shoot around stuff from just this afternoon. It sucks Gerald Wallace missed the dinner because he misread the text.
Quick explains: 1. Trainer Jensen arranged a team dinner at a hotel. 2. Aldridge had Jensen tell the team that Aldridge had arranged a different team dinner at a restaraunt. 3. Jensen did not cancel the dinner at the hotel. 4. He was annoyed. He and Wallace ate some of the food. Quick didn't explain the crux of the story. Quick says that Jensen knew in advance of Aldridge's dinner (Jensen was the one who informed everyone of Aldridge's dinner), yet Quick infers that Jensen was surprised. Why didn't Jensen cancel the hotel order? If it was too late to cancel, Quick should say so. Jensen has no reason to be annoyed if: 1. The team (Paul Allen), not Jensen paid. Jensen was just doing his job. 2. Jensen paid, but had time to cancel after Aldridge gave him advance notice of his own dinner. 3. Jensen paid for Jensen's dinner, did not have time to cancel, but did not object to Aldridge when Aldridge gave advance notice to Jensen of Aldridge's dinner. Quick explains none of this. He leaves his readers confused. Therefore, the article is written very poorly. Shocking new conclusion: The Oregonian, which made itself the enemy of the Blazers many years ago, sucks.
i hope they got drunk as fuck and gangbanged the waitress, good for team morale...gwall aint down for that freaky shit though
