    Not a horrible move...get some subs in and figure out what you have early. Nothing that happens in the last 4 minutes of the first will impact the game severely...get LMA some rest, see what Roy, Rudy and Batum are giving you tonight, and then ride LMA through the second quarter

    Yep, I turned off the game when I saw that. Watched a movie instead. Can't stand this coach any longer. I don't even know what happened after that point but I can't take that guy, just can't. Been playing Killzone 3 for 5 hours. Gotta go to bed and forget about the Blazers, you all know they won't win more than one game in this series and there is no way in hell they win four, no way.

    This is the only thread I will respond to because it represented the point I stopped watching the game. Plus I realized that Doris Burke or wtf her name is was calling it. Yuk.

    You obviously didn't read his post carefully enough - he had to go play Killzone. He pwns on that game. It's important to him that he plays that game. There will be other playoff series down the line he can watch.

    Not if Nate is the coach. Maybe the Blazers can bring back Mo Cheeks, so we can all accept being terrible and celebrating drafting Greg Oden like the Blazers won an NBA draft pick.

    Every player wears out their welcome in Portland. I'd hate to see how Steve Nash or Dirk Nowitzki, NBA MVP's who don't defend and haven't won crap, would be treated by this fanbase. Jerry Sloan, too. Think he'd be hailed as a "great coach" if he coached the Blazers for a century and didn't win a title?

    It's one of the weirder things in the NBA. This fanbase seems to be almost afraid of success, and they are quick to turn on players.

    Would Mo Cheeks really be any worse than Nate McMillan?

    He wasn't all stern and serious, but he did run a fast break and some inside plays. There would be a plus and a minus. I think we would win just as many games.

    Everytime people say, who's available who's better than McMillan, I think, any assistant who will run a fast break and prioritize inside plays over outside shots.

    Mo Cheeks was one of the worst coaches I've ever seen. McMillan is far and away better than Cheeks ever was.

    I turned it off at that point because it was my girlfriend's birthday and I wasn't going to piss her off on her birthday to watch a game I knew we would lose. The NBA is rigged and you people who are the "real" fans are the ones who should be ashamed. I read the three thousand posts on here about the officiating. I think I am done with the NBA until Stern goes. You should join me and save yourself the frustration.

    I vowel almost every word, can't think of one without a vowel. I would chalk that up as a typo but the only way that could happen is due to some program on your computer.
