Which rookie from last season will be the most succesful in the 06-07 season? My opinion is Raymond Felton, hes on a team thats not great and will get the ball often.I can see him averaging 20-10. (Assists that is)
I like Felton, but I would say Chris Paul. He will continue to get better after his Rookie of the year this guy will be a great player for years to come.
I would like the see Paul become one of the greater point guards. Same thing with Felton. I think it depends on which player ends up with the better franchise. Hard to be great with a bad team when another player is great and a great team.
No doubt Chris Paul. He is the best rookie now, and will be a superstar in this league in my opinion. He does absolutely everything and he is a leader with a likeable personality, who also is a hard worker. He's unslefish too, even though he can score. All he needs to do is further develope his jumpshot, then he will pick up all the little things along the way. I think he might be an All-Star as early as this upcomming season.Felton - will be an excellent player as well, but not quite on the same level as Paul. And 20 points and 10 assists is a stretch, some of the great ones don't even do that.

And 20, and 10 lol wow I think that is going over board.

Ever since he really started playing well w/ about 2 months left in the season Ive been saying this guy is going to be an all star. 20 nd 10 seems like a big stretch next season but I can see him putting up numbers like 16 and 8.5 or so.
Chris Paul. Need i say more??? He is already ten times better than Ray Ray, their teams were equally bad before either Raymond or Chris came to the team and look at what team is more successful now....
CP3. Felton, Bogut, Marvin, Green..They should all get more time next year, and improve and mature as a player. But CP3 will be the best player out of this draft class - last year, next year, and for many years to come.

Maybe 14, and 7 for some reason 16, and 8.5 just sounds to much. But yea I think most would agree that Chris Paul will be the best out of that draft.

I mean did you even follow Felton at all? Go look at his numbers in the last few months. Theyre really similar to what im projecting him to get this upcoming season.Hey one person I think were all forgetting is gerald Green. Because of his very little playing time last season how his career will end up being is in the smoke but he definetly has the potential to be very good in the league.
Chris Paul, obviously, you have to believe he will average around 19/8 a game. Hopefully he improves and shocks us again this next season. Some more people I expect to improve. Andrew Bogut, with Magloire gone he will takes the reigns at center and his numbers will go up a lot, I think he will suprise a lot of people and average 15/10 a game along with some assists. Danny Granger, he should get some more minutes and I think he can be a hell of a player and make a lot of GM's look stupid for passing on him. Raymond Felton, I like this guy and I think he can put up 15/7 a game if he starts.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (dsounG @ Jun 26 2006, 10:37 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Chris Paul and Raymond Felton of course but what about Deron Williams :dribble:</div>Deron Williams for some reason is always forgotten about, maybe its because he plays in Utah, or what? Chris Paul - Almost the same numbers in 05-06. I predict: 18 ppg, 6 rpg, 8 apg. Gerald Green - He may have tons of potential, but that Celtics roster is loaded with young talent. I dont think he'll be on the level of rookies like Paul next year. He'll still put up good numbers though, maybe 9 ppg and 5 rpg. Raymond Felton - I like this kid a lot, ('cause I'm a UNC fan) but not only that he really knows how to run a team at such a early age. He's like an exact replica of Paul without the rebounding skills, but he's not as quick as adjusting to the NBA's style of play. I think he's very disciplined, and with the right coach, he can be very successful in this league as a point guard. 16 ppg and 7 apg for him next year. Andrew Bogut - If Magloire leaves, this kid will shine. 14 ppg and 9 rpg next year.

Next season if he get's to play 10/5.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BCB @ Jun 26 2006, 10:44 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Chris Paul, obviously, you have to believe he will average around 19/8 a game. Chris Paul number one, with Andrew Bogut at two, Raymond Felton at three, Marvin Williams at four, Charlie V at five, Channing sixth, and Gerald Green seventh.
Aside from Paul, who will only conintue to ecpand upon his great numbers and leadership, look out for Sean May and Raymond Ffelton. Two UNC guys, lots of work ethic, with a winning and team attitude
