Actually the guy said "I'll fuck you up, fuck you!" right in his face when you read his lips. That was what the NBA.com TV improved during the replay of the altercation.
I've always felt a T should also count as one of a player's 6 fouls as it would be a true/real deterrent to acting out. STOMP
Actually, I don't think players should have a six-foul allotment, as it's a disincentive to officials to call fouls on superstars, since the league doesn't want superstars sitting on the bench. That leads to the superstar rules and inconsistent refereeing. I'd remove the six-foul allotment for players, but make being in the penalty more punitive (to discourage fouling at whim, to make every slasher "earn it from the line" and other strategies that slow the game down without displaying any skill) and technical fouls would count towards a team going into the penalty.
