    No doubt about it -- we played like shit in the 2nd half, and didn't deserve to take this one on the road.

    That said, fuck the home-cooked, half-baked officiating in this series. "Home court advantage" is one thing -- the numbers of these past 5 games are something else.

    Does it matter? I mean it's absolutely obvious that the refs in Dallas swallow their whistles for Portland and blow em like a canary on Dallas's end. How disappointing!

    Were you one of the ones commenting on how Dallas fans were complaining about the officiating? Refs rewarded the aggressive team. Portland should have recieved more calls, but in the end, Portland played like shit anyway.

    Not if we don't change our ways. We've gotten our asses kicked the past two games. We got lucky in Game 4. Dallas has gotten physical and we haven't matched.

    Playing a midget lineup against Dallas is a recipe to get creamed on the boards.

    Why he didn't put Camby or Johnson in there through most of the 4th is beyond me. Tyson Chandler should send Nate a Thank You card

    Imho, when you have announcers OFTEN pleading for fans to cheer, you are a pathetic fan base.

    Mark Mason does it a few times. Their announcer did it frequently.

    Game 1 was their best chance to win the series. I don't to say they were robbed, but the US government just offered the refs a bailout...

    Games 2 and 5, were games where the Mavs were really was challenged. If not for a Brandon Roy once in a life time 4th quarter, this series would be over. It should, realistically, be over.

    No idea what to do about this team. They have no superstar, there is no one who gets those "I'm out of control and you breathed in my general direction" fouls that the top teams have. Roy WAS that player, but he isn't anymore and won't ever be again (at least, consistently).

    This was my gripe. When both Johsnon and Camby were on the floor in the first half, DAL looked so confused. When Camby picked up his 4th foul in the third quarter, Nate put Roy in and we went small. Shoulda gone to CJ instead, and put Brandon in later.

    Portland doesn't want this series. Even if they push it to game 7, you know they'd come out and crap their pants and play like shit and get blown out in a like manner as tonight.
