Re: Rock'N'Roll vs. Rap rap is better than rock becuz it has flow and its not always really loud and annoying it tells about a lot of there lifes and in rap yes they talk bout violence drugs and sex but its what happend in there life and its pretty uch all true for rock they ramble on bout pretty much the same stuff but it really hasnt happend to them for instance 50 cent raps bout being shot and he has 9 times and in rock people talk bout drugs they might have done but most of them just try to fit in noyt all rock is bad but mostly incorect

Re: Rock'N'Roll vs. Rap aight YugoRocketsFan have u ever listened to any other songs by 50 he raps bout everything that happends to him so if u dont kno than shut up cuz the best friends song was one of a few of 50's not so hard core songs he mostly raps bout his life in the ghetto and for all the rappers i didnt mention like pac snoop and g-unit there all great to

Dre doesn't talk about drugs or violence mainly, the occasional sex is right though. Tupac is the most overrated rapper EVER. He never dropped a classic album (All Eyez On Me is NOT classic) but his greatest hits and unreleased stuff makes for it. Whether he is alive or not doesn't really matter but what it did do for him is boost his sales by ALOT. If you were to put Tupac's greatest hits against other great rappers, his would probably come out on top. He never released a classic album and most of his other albums were just "average" with a few good hits in it.

Your view on Tupac just proves my point of how extremely overrated he is, I hope I don't hear that any of you actually think he is the GOAT.

Intro 2. If I Die 2Night 3. Me Against the World 4. So Many Tears 5. Temptations 6. Young Niggaz 7. Heavy In The Game 8. Lord Knows 9. Dear Mama 10. It Ain't Easy 11. Can U Get Away 12. Old School 13. F*ck The World 14. Death Around The Corner 15. Outlaw

Lil Jon is Hip-Hop . . Eminem is Rap ... not being able to tell the difference is what gives Rap the bad name. R&B is still better though, tells a guy how to get into a girls heart and pants :happy0144:

As for the other song, yeah it's really good hearing F*ck the world in the chorus every time, probably the worst song on that album.

Re: Rock'N'Roll vs. Rap Now I'm not going to say he didn't change rap but lets get a few things straight here..-The whole "gangster" life rhymes came from Ice Cube, he was the first one to do that and make it a way of life.-The Chronic hardly talks about drugs, just because it's the name doesn't mean thats what it was based on.-Pac hater? More like setting the facts straight, he is the most overrated rapper of all time only because of his greatest hits and his whole "fake death" nonsense.
Re: Rock'N'Roll vs. Rap Just got around to seeing this debate and I think that Rap is ten times better then Rock N Roll..I must admit that there are some songs that are Rock N Roll that I like, but if they are that new screamo type then I'm not for it. I like the classical rock n roll if anything, but still even then I am very picky. Rap to me is the best music out there along with RnB. I mean the flow, beat and everything is just so nice. Plus when you go to a dance for your school or w/e you can't grind to Rock N Roll. Maybe I am really into Rap because I was raised around it seeing as my sister listened to it and so did all her friends but for the most part rap kills rnr.
