Its hard comparing to guys that have seen limited time in their careers..But towards the end of the season you saw a good bit of these guys..They can both shoot very well for rookies.Who do you take for the future, and who has a better career?Monta Ellis PPG: 6.8, APG: 1.6, RPG: 2.1 Season High in Points: 27Martell Webster PPG: 6.6, APG: 0.6, RPG: 2.1 Season High in Points: 24

Why do you keep comparing two totally different players??? Webster is a SG/SF and Ellis is a pg. IMO they are two totally different players. Webster is a player that is pretty good defensively and offensively while Ellis is basically just a great scorer or atleast was an incredible scorer in HS.

Ellis is not a PG. He is a tweener guard, his natural position is SG. They can both shoot, and they both came out early. I am asking who will have the better career.

The dude needs to get some more strength on him. And if the point of this comparasin is who will have a better career its honestly impossible to say because they came out of high school. It seems that almost very HS playere ends up not playing up to what they couldve been if they played college or becomes an all star. If I had to guess Id say Webster because hes on a team where hell get more playing time and hes bigger and has a better all around game than Ellis.
