Re: READ THIS NOW and tell me this isn't a sign! I'm not going to cut him slack if he has had health problems. Wup tee doo. He missed 20 games last year. I guess now Im going to say he's an almighty player because of what he did after he missed 20 games...Sorry but every player has health problems, their supposed to play just as good when they return, and no one cuts slack to people who have been battling injuries, so why should I with Al? If you took a poll, I bet a ton of people would say that your "young talent" wont amount to anything. I doubt any of your "young talent" will become all stars, just average starters. Gerald Green is probably your best prospect. Youve spent so much time invresting in your young guys, they arent even that good. Chris Bosh, Joey Graham, TJ Ford and Andrea Bargnani are 2 times better than your "young talent".

He has played 32 NBA games, and only 374 minutes. Of those minutes you only saw the 10 seconds where he dunked on your Raptors(when they gave up and didn't play hard until the end of the game regardless of how silly it was of Green). Out of those ton of "star athletic swingmen and fowards", by the way that is redundant(a swingman means he plays both the 2 and 3, a 3 being a foward incase you didn't know) how many are 19 years old who are a very long 6'8 with the ability to stay in front of anyone? So your saying there is no difference between the level of coaching from elementary, junoir high, and school coaches to the level of coaching in the NBA? Oh and by the way he didn't play basketbal until his freshman year of HS.

I never said a thing about Ryan Gomes being an all-star.They worked hundreds of hours? LMAO, what a stupid thing to say. you seriously are getting on my nerves. When will you learn that Gerald has more to his game than athleticism?? You're just blatantly guessing what his game is about without knowing sh*t. It just tells me more that you said he was a great ballhandler. That was actually one of the few things he has to work on. yes, he went to the d league for a reason, he had three or four guys aheead of him in the rotation, he'd been playing organized ball for 3 years, and he needed to refine his skills. And he scored atleast 17 points in four of his last 7 games, for the most part getting reserve minutes, only hitting over 30 minutes twice. he averaged 5 ppg in only 11 minutes for the season. But, i guess i'll take your work for it, you seem to know much more about the subject.
