I don't blame Nate at all in this series. I blame the players with their lack of motivation, shot selection, and lack of movement. Lots of times they just let Dallas drive to the basket or lack of player creativity to set screens. What happened to LA and his post presence? What happened to Wes and his outside shooting? Or Rudy with him passing the ball around? I don't blame Nate, I blame the players of lack of focus for what they did for 82 games this season. What about their FG %, rebounding, and bench points. Those three stats are what shocked me. Turnovers weren't that bad but just overall offense which stunk.
Yeah, it's not the coach's job to get them to do all that. He's supposed to sit there with a beer and watch them make the same mistakes over and over, just like we do. Nate is a great motivator, so how can we question his motivating ability?
It looked like Gerald was the only player trying for periods of the game last night. When Batum came in during the second half and went up so fucking weak and got blocked I was freaking out and wanted him OUT. He didn't deserve to play. Nate took him out right then too.
