2 or 3 minutes in the 2nd round???

    I know each team gets 5 minutes to make their selection in the 1st round, but is it 2 or 3 minutes in the 2nd round?

    No I know WHY it's like this lol. My question was is it 2 minutes per pick or do they get 3 minutes per pick?
