The only real event and circumstance that should matter is that we killed Bin Laden. Something that the world has been setting out to do for over a decade. Everything else is pretty silly IMO. Red Herring by the repubs, indeed.
The NSA guy (can't remember his name) that is sitting to the right of Clinton in the control room stated that they were not watching live video but real time updates. I watched an interview with him yesterday on MSNBC.
I believe the item about there being no live video feed was for plausible deniability. So when this does go to investigation, they can ignore and say they didn't see it in real time.
