The Texas Rangers have their closer back. Right-handed reliever Neftali Feliz was activated from the disabled list in time for Friday's game with the New York Yankees. He was placed on the DL with right shoulder inflammation on April 23, retroactive to April 21. The club has optioned catcher Taylor Teagarden to Triple-A Round Rock.
