It's based on reputation to a large degree. But yes, so far no one has agreed to identify Luol as the lynchpin for that defensive effort. Not because it is or isn't true, that's just the way it is.

It's a pretty fascinating list as it always is. I think it's too heavy on stars (Kobe, Lebron, Rose and particularly Wade, who I think is inconsistent as hell). You have to wonder if the media voted on the list, instead of the coaches, if the list would actually have less stars, intuition aside.
