Cho wanted to fire Nate. Cho wants to amnesty Roy. PA doesn't want to upset his Seattle people by ridding himself of two Seattle icons. Cho gets fired.
PA proposed something basketball related and insane (such as the Darius Miles contract). Unfortunately, Cho didn't realize PA was serious and laughed in his face. The rest is history. I expect the Patty Mills 4 year 20 million dollar contract to come down the pike as soon as the lockout ends.
I wouldn't be opposed to that. Especially with the experience Whitsitt has in quickly dealing with conditions laid out by a new CBA.
I would be fine with Whitsitt or Pritchard coming back. Somehow, though, I doubt either is the cards.
Maybe this is close. To lure a great coach, they might want to be able to offer him the GM job as well. If the Bulls did that, PJax would still be with the team. So.... Adelman as coach and GM. And yeah, I think they'd fire Nate and eat his contract if the situation was right.
CHO is convinced that Oden is done as a player and wasn't even going to offer him the Q.O. Allen had no CHOice but to fire CHO.
