NASCAR has docked Ron Hornaday 25 points and fined his crew chief $10,000 for failing inspection after the Trucks Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. NASCAR said Tuesday that Hornaday and crew chief Jeff Hensley were fined because the truck had an unapproved rear-end gear ratio during last week's race.
