http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2507013Hornets apparently are offering Peja a 5 year/$60M deal, and LA is close to landing Radmanovic. This is only an offer, but if it goes down, nice move by New Orleans, but it may be a little too much money. Oh well, it would fill a need and make them serious playoff condenders (not championship contenders, playoff condenders lol). Radmanovic to LA would be nice and would probably kick Cook out of the rotation.
YES!!!!! he is. He had a bad year this year. Rashard Lewis had a GOOD year this year! They're numbers where nearly the SAME!!!!
Peja didn't have a bad season. he led the Pacers to the playoffs why'll J.O. ripped his nuts. but Great moves from both sides. + Do you think Wallace is on his way to the Bulls?
Dang Peja to Hornets is really surprizing to me. I did not expect them to go after him. Vladimir to Lakers is nicely done by them. Also, just wanted to note how does this effect the Banks signing. Vlad basically took up the MLE, the offer Banks and his agent are looking for this offseason. So how are you guys going to get him now? Sign and trade is the only possibility.

If both of these deals end up going down, the hornets will have just given a good offensive threat from the outside which is something that team was missing. if this happens, the hornets will also be landing a very underrated rebounder IMO. As for vlad, this cant hurt the Lakers roster. It just gives them more options on offense for Kobe and a deeper bench.
i hate this signing i would much rather have had marcus banks or al harrington we just used up most of the mle and i dont think cassell would sign for that either, overall radmonovic is just another brian cook in my opinion
http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/412...aded_to_lakers/Lakers/Radmanovic verbally agreed to 5 years/$30M.

I am sure Chris Paul will find Peja for the 3 a lot. And your right Hornets are really making a push to be in the playoffs next year. And I also like Vlad to LA deal. It gives LA a 3 point shooter so Kobe can maybe drive, and kick out the ball to Vlad for the 3's. Kobe would have another guy to shoot would not have to do it him self. Not saying this is a great player, but it is a good sign.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (iversonfan268 @ Jul 1 2006, 08:14 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>It would be a nice pick up by the Hornets but is Peja really worth 12 mil. a year anymore???</div>Yep he is worth 12 mill a year. <u>Peja's #'s Last Season:</u>PPG 18.2 | RPG 5.8 | APG 1.9 And that was not one of his best years at all. He is better then that, and like I said great for the Hornets once he signs the deal.
Great add. for the Hornets. They pick up 2 nice solid big men in the draft, now they get their 3 point shooter, in Peja. They are putting all the pieces together, and they are really going to make a strong push to get into the playoffs next year..
Do you think indy could get JR Smith in return for Peja? I must say tho, i'm surprised they are looking to sign him after drafting Vinicius.
A lot of money that Peja is getting. But it is a great add for the Hornets. Now you could see J.R. Smith or Desmond Mason on the move.
Well Peja is unrestricted isnt he? If he is then Indy lost him and now has a big hole at SG/SF. Hornets aren't giving up JR. they can still trade him.

Dallas2. Spurs3. Suns4. Clippers5. Denver6. Memphis7. Sacramento8. Lakers9. Houston ( If T-Mac is healthy they should make the playoffs )10. Hornets ( Will have a very good chance to make the playoffs )
