    I'm calling bull shit. Howard apparently hosted a Memorial Day party on Monday to reassure people in Orlando that he is committed to the city. This tweet seems more likely to be part of Howard's (smart) campaign to ensure that next season does not become a blood bath.

    The test for the rumor is easy:

    Q: What would negotiations on a new contract entail?
    A: Nothing. Howard gets the max.

    Done. What's there to negotiate?

    Edit: I'm with everyone else though in thinking there's no possibility he joins the Bulls.
