I've just dropped 40 lbs in the past couple of months on something called the hcg diet. Its a little controversial, but the results are real, and it has worked incredibly well for both me and my brother. Obesity runs in our family and we have both tried a loot of different things. I've tried everything in fact, and had a very hard time losing and/or keeping even a little weight off. This is fast, amazing, and powerful.
Damn! Nice job man! You look like a holocaust victim in the top pick. Very impressive. Since I don't know ya, I'd say you were on the juice!!!
Okay, I have to work out at a new gym this summer, a LA fitness, and let me rant on it. First of all, no one puts their fucking weights back after using them. They use them and sit them on the floor and then walk away. I'm fucking sick of weighting for a rack and then realize no one is actually on it. That brings me to my next point. Their rack is a piece of shit. Actually, its not the rack, its their bars. Their bars get caught on the clips every time I unrack it for a squat because the bars aren't long enough for the rack. I'm sick of backing up and the weight grabbing onto something. So much more but I'll end there.
Go to their corporate website and rant about it. It will come from the top down and they'll get their asses reamed for it. Also, talk to the manager their to see if they can fix it on site, and if it doesn't change, ask for your money back. But of course, you'll become THAT GUY and won't be welcome by the staff anymore. I'd just complain on their corporate website if you aren't friendly with the staff.
I've mentioned the weight racking to people and they know its a problem. In fact, every 15 minutes a voice over the intercom comes over and reminds us to put our weights back when we are done. Oh, and I can't use chalk there. That annoys me.
So it just makes it so you feel stuffed on 500 calories a day? Is it really that dramatic? It also says you can't do any heavy exercise, a brisk walk is the most you should do.
I take that accusation as a compliment. The only steroid I've ever been on is Prednisone when my UC was flaring.
So how often do you guys increase the weight that you lift? Do you set a regiment that every 3 weeks you add some weight, or do you just increase it when you're feelin good?
Implants. No, I actually do have pretty big calves. Its a genetic thing my dad and brothers have monsterous calves. If I turn around my calves look in proportion to my hamstrings. I rarely work them though. Its fun having strong legs, but it sucks on the wardrobe. I wear kind of tigher jeans so I've had to throw them all out and get new jeans more loose fitting.
Zags...... how much to get you to train me in the gym this summer? I got a bet with Wes that I intend on winning.
