Great move for all teams IMO. Get the two best players in the draft in exchange for taking on Hamilton's contract (will be bought out). Also a solid move for Minnesota. Don't have to draft Williams as they are stacked at his position and can choose a center or pg at fourth and also pick up the 8th pick. Detroit saves a bunch of money and gets rid of Hamilton's attitude.
I wonder how the Rubio news effects this trade now? I'd imagine they would want to unload Johnny Flynn now to avoid any issues with minutes allotted at the PG spot.
