    Could be because Irving was the #1 recruit in the USA going into college, and Kanter has a legit NBA body and is seen as a young Nowitzki?

    Rubio has been compared to Maravich in his best comparisons. Problem is, Pistol could shoot the ball as well, and Pistol never won an NBA title, nor was seen as an NBA great.
