Former Notre Dame offensive tackle Matt Romine has transferred to Tulsa. Romine played in nine games and started three times for the Fighting Irish last season as a junior. Tulsa announced Thursday that Romine had enrolled as a graduate student and will use his final year of eligibility with the Golden Hurricane.
