they traded away some front court prospects?

An aging Sean Marks, an aging Joel P, and Dante Cunningham?

Fuel to the fire - Canzano said the Blazers took Faried out to dinner in Lake-O last night, the only prospect they've taken out and are really, really high on him.

I hope so. It's about time they get the draft right.

BTW, Courtside is coming up. I'm guessing they'll have some insight as well.

Can't trust anything the team does at this point. Smokescreens aplenty.

Courtside is a fucking propaganda tool. If you gleen anything real off that show, they let something slip by accident.

Anyone else listening to courtside? Good grief, it sounds like they're talking into paper cups connected by strings!

I am unable to partake since the demise of FM sports radio. Anything interesting?

I stopped listening. If I wanted to listen to something that sounds like someone talking into a womans vagina, while in a tunnel, I'd go visit hcp at his job as someone who talks into vaginas in a tunnel.

Why not just go visit HCP's wife? I would assume that is the vagina those guys are "talking" into. I know everyone else does

    WORD!

We traded away some toughness for sure. While Wallace is the man, he's no 4.

    ::BUMP::

With Mike Born being talked about as a guy who has that "golden gut" -- Were the Blazers high on Faried or was it just Born?

Remember, both radio stations reported that Buchanan "ran the draft" and went Smith instead of Faried.

It was said by a few different people that the trade for Felton was with us swapping picks but instead of swapping picks they told us the deal was off if we drafted Farried so we went with our #2 person who was smith. It was defiantly all over twitter that we were swapping picks but the deal took to long to get into place so pick swap was out of the question and we were just told not to draft Farried.
If thats not the real reason then damn us trying to please nate.

why the fuck was a year old thread dug for and bumped when something like this could have easily been placed in 2 or 3 different threads currently active. Why not just toss it in your sig, and we can just look there for it when we care to beat a dead horse?

At least you're honest. Puts you ahead of most on this board.

BTW, I do want to thank Fez for bumping this, old thread are kind of a interesting read, especially when it comes to pre-draft stuff.
