Speaking of Breitbart, Greg Gutfeld nails it: http://twitter.com/#!/greggutfeld/status/77846165336506368
its funny I ran into Breitbart a few months ago at the cell phone store. i didn't say anything but later tweeted and he confirmed it was him :MARIS61: this was before the shirley sharod shit so we was still under the radar. there was a feature in some mag, he makes a killing on ads on his sites.
Why hasn't he resigned? Anyone know? GTFO. And honestly, I don't care that he tweeted pics of his dick. I care that he lied. I don't care he lied to Washington, as they constantly lie to us... I care he lied to the American people, and mainly to his constituents.
ABC News has now sold him down the river. What a fucking jackhole this guy is. Watch the video. For full effect, blow it up to full screen so you can see how he's trying to bully the interviewer and deflect the questions. Look at how easily he creates the facade of outrage. Lying on this level can only be described as pathological, IMO. http://hotair.com/archives/2011/06/...-lies-shamelessly-to-abc-about-what-happened/
I don't. And I'm not defending him because he's a democrat. I don't care that Larry Craig tried to get sex in a men's room (although it is amusing in the same way that Weiner is amusing). I don't care that people lie about sex. Lying about sex just does not matter. People try to have sex. They do stupid things to try to get sex. Then they lie about it. It happens thousands of times every day. This country needs to grow up. Politicians aren't asexual beings, they are just as stupid as everyone else when presented with the possibility of a little of the old in-out, in-out. Is the country really better off having forced out of office those who lied about sex (Republicans and Democrats, there are plenty of examples on both sides)? Is there any link whatsoever between performance in office and lying about sex? Why do we care so much who is diddling who? barfo
He is, but he has at least shown a bit of contrition. Weiner is holding on to his seat like Charlton Heston was holding on to his firearms. What is "taking responsibility" if there's no penalty for doing so? As an aside, if Weiner does lose his seat, I'm going to beg CNN to hire him to join the former NY Governor. What could be a better named show than "Weiner/Spitzer"?
fuck. watch RED EYE tonight. Breitbart is a guest and so is Dana Vachon, who is fucking on point. Barret Swatek in the legs chair...hottie.
IMO, the best lesson from Weinergate: http://reason.com/archives/2011/06/07/the-lessons-of-weinergate These people aren't our betters, they're not superior to us. Why should we give them dominion over our lives? The more we keep these people and the instruments of their power on the periphery, the better we are as a society.
When you've lost Ed Schultz... http://jammiewearingfool.blogspot.com/2011/06/ed-schultz-to-moonbat-guests-you-people.html Joan Walsh and Bill Press are pathetic. As long as you have a "D" next to your name, they'll defend you to the death.
Totally agree... and it wasn't a little white lie or stretching the truth... just one huge flat out lie.
