In a total massacre of a fight, WBC junior middleweight champion Saul Alvarez (37-0-1, 27 KO’s) toyed with British challenger Ryan Rhodes (45-5, 31 KOs) for 11 rounds before getting serious with him and putting Rhodes out of his misery in the 12th on Saturday night at the Arena Vicente Fernandez in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Alvarez stopped toying with Rhodes in the 12th when he came out firing with both barrels, tagging Rhodes with incredibly hard shots until the referee stepped in and halted the slaughter.
