Bam speaks (via Twitter) I just lost my best friend, I have been crying hysterical for a full day and piece of shit roger ebert has the gall to put in his 2 cents About a jackass drunk driving and his is one, fuck you! Millions of people are crying right now, shut your fat fucking mouth!
I feel sorry for alcoholics, people/families of those affected by them, and for those who judge them. Can't help them or this issue without having some sympathy for their disease/problem This. Indeed you are.
What does the horrible disease of alcoholism have to do with the stupidity of drinking and driving? If you drink, whether you are an alcoholic or not, and drive, you are an Ass. You deserve to die, and the good news is that there is now one less threat to my children in the world than there was yesterday. Addiction of all kind is a disease, but it's one that is treatable, if not cureable. Please don't lump the disease in with the stupidity of driving drunk though.
i think everyone here has done a little drunk driving at some point? i mean legally? you can have 2 beers and drive a block and you deserve to die?
I think it's probably different for everyone. If I am out getting "wasted" with my friends and then drive drunk, then shame on me. If I have 3-4 beers and am legally drunk, but don't feel I am then it's a different story.
thats the rub, almost every drunk driver ever said "im fine" ...and we dont even know how excessively he was drinking yet do we? maybe we do, just saying, it might be semi early to start bashing his dead corpse
I think drunk driving is terrible and feel the most for innocent victims of drunk drivers. I just still feel bad he made this stupid mistake, and about how he died.
I haven't either. If I'm driving for a night out, I'm usually going to have people with me, so I'm not doing that to them or myself. And I'm going out alone, I'm not drinking.
