Gets better and better. Buzzed driving or drunk driving..w/e..okay he made a mistake...but 130 MPH? Bye, jackass. I took this quote from the thread about this on LG...of the numerous amounts of people who die every day, a person who is drunk/buzzed driving at speeds of over 100MPH is last on my list of sympathy.
Just a question, to everyone who is saying "glad he's dead" and "deserved to die"... would you say those things if say, it were your best friend who did this? or if your brother did this? And don't come back with "well my best friend wouldn't do that." Just answer the question.
One of my fraternity brothers wrecked his Ninja going 120 mph after a few beers and almost died. Like, laid up in the hospital for a month almost died. He is now a leading neurosurgeon in the NW. Shit happens to everyone. Those mocking Dunn are ghouls, IMO.
if my best friend or brother went out drinking and then decided to drive 130 mph, I would say the same exact thing. When you do stupid shit, you must suffer the consequences.
If he was irresponsible enough to put his life in danger, and potentially that of other family members (of mine) I'd be said but also realize that he did something that brought forth his own death and he was 100% responsible for it.
Sure, but this idiot happened to die. And so did my brother and best friend in the world of make believe. My point is if you die or get hurt doing something stupid, then you deserved it, and I don't feel bad.
I'm sorry it is so sad that so many are saying he deserved it. I don't care famous or not NO ONE deserves to die. We all make mistakes some bigger than others, to come in here and start throwing stones and acting as if you never made a mistake is why this world is failing and sad, Self righteous people. What makes it worse is each generation keeps getting this attitude, so no one cares for one another anymore and with the internet you just speak with out thinking through what you're saying. God Bless the Dunn Family and Bam and the Jackass crew for the pain there going through is unimaginable. A guy made a huge mistake and it cost him his life and a friends. RIP Ryan Dunn and Zach Hartwell
Count me in the no sympathy crowd. It isn't tragic... just stupid. I can empathize with the pain family members and those who knew him are going through... sure... but real tragedy would have been him killing a family driving all night trying to get somewhere on summer vacation. Deserved to die? No... I wouldn't say that... but I also wouldn't disagree if some higher power decided to plink him off the road before he killed someone else.
His blood alcohol content was .196. Over twice the legal limit. He also had 23 citations, including a DUI
I know, everyone is acting like they don't drive 130 mph at 3am after a night of drinking. Everybody makes mistakes, guys.
That's ~64 yards a second in the dark. Stupid stupid and more stupid. At least he didn't take out some innocent car full of people.
Westboro is planning to protest. I hope some of the CKY guys confront them when they're good & drunk: LINK
