    Our lords won't be happy until we all live in 20' x 20' studio apartments in densely populated urban areas, with only public transit for transportation, limted to one child, while they go frollick in the Hamptons after getting rid of us riff-raff.

    No doubt. That's what they were effectively trying to ram down my throat in the Clackamas County Energy Stewardship Program I was recently enrolled in.

    The entire LA area is a bunch of connected suburbs. Downtown LA is a joke.

    not as much as you would think. its not even close to portland but its been growing quite well the last 5 years or so.
