    1. Al Jefferson - Your a big boy, time to put it together and back up your draft spot Big Al. 2. Devin Harris - He needs to be more consistant, he has to have a big year next year. 3. Shaun Livingston - You need to start putting things together this year, learn to finish strong. 4. Kendrick Perkins - Like Jefferson needs to put it together and play up to his talent. 5. Caron Butler - He has the talent to be a top 10 SF, needs to get rolling.

Harris - I think he's been just fine, and great in the playoffs, the only thing holding him back is having Jason Terry on his team.3. Livingston - I agree, he has all the talent with size, he needs to prove he can play.4. Perk - I think he's been GREAT actually. He's improved a lot and he's lost weight. He will never be an offensive force though.5. Butler - I think he's been great as well, and I see him as an All-Star in the future. Nothing wrong with him, he can score, he defends, he works hard.. and he has 2 great teammates in Arenas/Jamison. I think he's been great.Adding to the list:Samuel Dalembert - he got that phat contract, and he is a proven shot blocker - but expand your game big fella!Andre Iguodala - obviously playing with Iverson and Webber has a major affect on your touches, but offensively he needs to prove something, especially this year when Iverson is gone (Boston or not, he's out)

I was going to say Al Jefferson. He's got some newly born expectations this year, but i think he can live up to them.

Devin Harris was inconsistent in the playoffs, which is why BCB stated what he did. He broke out against the Spurs but never stayed at that level of play afterwards. Also, needs to work on his jumper, teams played his drive and that basically cut him out of the offense. I'll add Darko Milicic, even though he was never given a chance in Detroit. He now has the opportunity in Orlando and needs to prove he's not a bust and at least play to his potential.

Samuel Dalembert- He has the basketball IQ of a infant baby. He needs to get in the weight room and watch some game film.Darius Miles- His numbers before his injury were amazing. He needs to get back to that stage.Kenyon Martin- 13 ppg, 6 rpg, is rediculus.

Leandro Barbosa needs to come out, and be the player we all saw in the playoffs..He showed flashes of his brilliance in the season but he needs to be a bigger option for the Suns next year

But he needs to put on weight. And please learn how to score a little. And damn learn how to handle the ball. The guy always loses the ball every time someone passes it to him.Iguodala needs to develop his shot, and not be afraid to dribble the ball. :dribble: AI did pass to Sammy, but the ball would go thru his hand, and out of bounds. Also Sammy would miss the easiest lay-ups not even funny. And for Iguodala the guy would never dribble when AI passed to him for some reason he passed it back. I even seen AI pass it right back to him after Iguodala would give the ball right back to AI after he passed it to him. So then Iguodala passes it to another guy.So both Sammy, and Iguodala have to work on those stuff. Also agree about Darko like someone said.

Harris is about halfway there - the diaper's off but he hasn't got the pants on yet. But I'm confident he'll do it. Josh Howard, though, has the pants on but needs some bling. We need him to step up and not just be a role player, but be a viable option on offense, someone consistent. He needs to give us someone that could - COULD - be considered next year as the Mavs' second All-Star.

Miller is very solid and is the best passing center in the NBA since Vlade. Lewis was an All-Star 2 years ago, still playing well, and no way he will ever be an All-Star again - especially with Melo not being one yet. Bibby? I think he's an excellent player, and just like your sig says, he's clutch as hell. Maggette is awesome and underrated. The only thing that held him back last year were injury problems. When he was healthy he was about the same old Maggette. He is a 20 point scorer in this league.

It might not have been entirely his fault, but it looked like he was afraid to pull the trigger and penetrate like he needs to be effective. I don't care if you've only been in the league a couple years, you need to run right at Shaq and collect a foul. And while you're at it, put up the easy layup. He missed a ton of those that he could have made.

I agree, Yao Ming is progressing just fine.

Here are some more:Kwame Brown - That is if everyone hasn't already given up on him like I have. Devin Harris - He does need to be more consistant. I think the MAvs should've let Terry go to give him more playing time.Corey Maggette - He could be the guy that pushes the Clips over the top, or he'll be trade bait for a deadline deal. Sebastian Telfair - The guys been in the league two years and still can't shoot. He lost his starting job and playing time to Steve Blake, Juan Dixon, and Jarret Jack. Obviously he wasn't showing enough progress in Portland's eyes. Boston is a much better enviorment for him so hopefully he'll reach his potential. Ainge risked a lot in trading for him, and Pierce doesn't have that many years left in his prime. He needs to start improving fast.
