Simona De Silvestro has been ruled out of Saturday's IndyCar race in Iowa because of post-concussion symptoms related to a qualifying crash last week. De Silvestro, who burned both her hands during a practice crash prior to the Indianapolis 500, was taken to the hospital Saturday night after crashing in Milwaukee. She was cleared to drive by IndyCar officials Sunday morning, but she left for the care center just 11 laps into the race.
