The stats prove otherwise, and like I said, Roy was injured for a large part of the two seasons that Miller was on the team.

Well, here's a quote from Herb Brown, Blazer assistant coach: "He is the consummate professional," Brown said. "He comes to practice everyday and just works his butt off, whether he's hurt or hurting. He has this tremendous desire to get better, and if you suggest something for him to work on, he will work on it relentlessly. He's just an outstanding basketball player and an outstanding human being."

So, why doesn't someone suggest that he needs to work on that potbelly?

The potbelly thing to me is way overblown. Everything else that I've heard from past coaches suggestes he has great work ethic and is super professional, and being that he is in the prime of his career I don't think he'll need any extra motivation to win games and to be ready by the start of the season (whenever that maybe). I like that in the interview he said that he has a trainer in NC that he'll be working out with all summer and that he wants to have the other guys out there to play ball with.

Andre was a great PG for us, maybe better than Felton, but everyone knows that and knows that this was a lateral move. As long as Felton signs with us, he can be a long term solution to our PG position. And based on the interview I heard on 1080, sounds like he wants to resign with portland because he'll be starting and he's heard great things about our organization and fan support. Even I bitched about the trade and thought we gave up too much for him, but that's over now, we have him and complaining about dre being better than him does nothing. I'm excited to see how he runs our team, and hopefully gets us more easy buckets. Lamarcus runs the break like a dear sprinting through the woods, the duo could be a perfect fit.

When will Hollinger come out with a Player Potbelly Rating (PPR)?

Hollinger needs to stick with crunching numbers, because his real world basketball analysis seems to always leave me disappointed in its factual content.

The big question on everyone's mind is, will it be used to generate an OFFENSE PER POUND (OPP) rating? I'd be down with that.

I think the PlayerPotbellyRating could be merged with the OPP.

Rashard Lewis could be the OPP lab rat?

Don't they measure percentage of body fat at the pre-draft camps? How about someone who loves those lists run a spreadsheet and tell us college efficiency divided by body fat?
