Pistol Pete Marinkavich, didn't have as much success in the NB but he was a great college player.

I know he was an all star, but I'm still picking Rick Barry. He's pretty much the only player in NBA history to carry a crappy team to the championship. He was the leader of one of the biggest upsets in NBA history when his Warriors swept the Bullets in the 1975 NBA Finals. He was hated, and therefore, is not put into the same breath as guys like Bird and Magic and Jordan, but IMO he's definitely top 15.

Michel Cooper is my pick, he isnt mentioned very often, but he was the greatest halfbreak defender to ever play in the NBA by a landslide.

He won 11 championships in 13 years, grabbed like 22 rpg, and a lot of people consider him the best center of all time. Are you serious?

Bill Russel is one of the top 5 centers in NBA hisotory, was the leader almost every year that his team won 11 championships(8 in a row), and is known for being one of the best shot blockers/rebounders ever. He was probably an all-star MUTLIPLE times. And by multiple, i mean more than 10. At the very least

Probably Rolando Blackman, one of the only 2 players who had their jerseys retired by the Mavs and still to this day the leading scorer in Mavs history. He had a smooth jumper and was one of the best in franchise history.

Magic Johnson. Of course, I love seeing great pg's. It is so fun to watch nice passes too. Magic could do everything, and play EVERY position. (I'm serious, he even checked in at Center one time). He could score, pass, rebound, do it all, and he was so fun to watch and a top 5 all time player ever. I'll say him, and avoid the obvious MJ choice.
