    Joe Jackson scored 19 points and Tim Hardaway Jr. hit the tiebreaking jumper with 47 seconds to play as the United States beat Serbia 80-78 on Friday in the opening round of the FIBA Under 19 World Championships.

    The United States (2-0), the defending gold medalist, was coming off a 115-60 opening win over Egypt.
