I notice MB's blogs and any comments are gone and was wondering if HCP as a Blazer's employee can post anything about players.
One more good thing coming from the lockout.....whohoo Actually, is HCP an actual Blazer employee, or is he contracted by the team?
He signs an annual contract with the team, like Nate did. I don't know whether he's an independent contractor, with social security tax not deducted from his paycheck. He talks about his boss posting on this board, so he sounds like he's on employee status, not independent contractor.
I would think that a couple of years on this board would be enough time to firmly establish that, no, HCP cannot post, but unfortunately, does.
with that physique I would think he could do well down low, but he is soft and prefers playing on the perimeter.
You can't blink. You have to be wired In a way of being So committed to the mission, The mission that we're on, Reform of this country, And victory in the war, You can't blink. So HCP didn't blink. barfo
HCP is a freelancer. I believe he signs a new contract at the start of every season. Right now, he can probably post about players but my guess is that he wont just to play it safe. Trail Blazers (same for all teams) employees arent allowed to comment on players or the lock out situation.
Wow, this is a deepening mystery. Is he legal? Either the Feds picked him up or the Mexican Mafia got him. Maybe they wanted respect money each month and now that he's been laid off, he couldn't pay, so they corkscrewed his thumb and now he can't post. Just like on Rocky I, where Sylvester Stallone is employed as such but won't twist the guy's thumb when he can't pay. That movie is a goldmine of information.
I'm here NERDS, no need to worry. I can post, just told I was supposed to be careful. Guess David Stern reads S2?
Somebody needs to photoshop me a real good Jerry West logo behind bars for my avatar. I'll keep it up til this is over!
